Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing services from Daily Automated LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Services
Daily Automated provides Google Business Profile optimization and related local SEO services. Service deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing prior to any paid engagement beginning.
Payment Terms
One-time project fees are collected prior to work beginning. For monthly retainer services, payment is due on the first day of each billing period. If work has not begun, a full refund will be issued upon request. Once work has commenced, refunds are not issued for completed work.
Cancellation
Monthly retainer services may be cancelled by either party with 14 days’ written notice to hello@dailyautomated.com. You will not be billed beyond the current billing period after notice is received.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, grant manager-level access to your Google Business Profile as required, and respond to reasonable requests within 5 business days.
No Guarantee of Results
As detailed in our Disclaimer, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions or outcomes. Our obligation is to deliver high-quality, documented optimization work in compliance with Google’s Terms of Service.
Limitation of Liability
Daily Automated LLC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
